dCOM Annual Interviews for LLPs Continuation at First UMC, Parsons WV

TO: Licensed Local Pastors (LP & PTLP), CLMs & Assigned Supplies

Attached please find two separate Interview Schedules for Licensed Local Pastors (FTLP and PTLP), Certified Lay Ministers, and Assigned Supplies with the Potomac Highlands District Committee on Ordained Ministry: 1) those to be interviewed on Tuesday, February 25th @ Grace UMC, 30 S. Mineral Street, Keyser WV 26726 OR 2) those to be interviewed on Tuesday, March 24th @ First UMC, 101 First Street, Parsons WV 26287. We tried to be mindful of distance traveled in making up the schedules. Please find your name on one of the schedules and note the date, time and place of your interview.  Although it may seem early, we are sending you the annual interview schedule and date/time so you can put it on your calendar now before it begins to fill up.

It is important that you show up for your interview. If you ABSOLUTELY NEED to change dates or times, please first contact someone else on your schedule and make the change with them and then let the District Office know of the change. PLEASE let us know that you did indeed receive the email notification of your pastoral interview by just replying with “GOT IT” and you’ve put the date on your 2020 calendar!
