Our Annual Clergy/Family Christmas Luncheon for the Potomac Highlands District will be on Saturday, December 7, 2019 with Fellowship @ 12:00 Noon and Luncheon at 1:00 PM at Grace UMC, 30 S Mineral Street, Keyser WV 26726. All district pastors, district personnel, and their families are invited to attend. The meal will be provided as a gift of appreciation from the Potomac Highlands District.

This promises to be a most exciting and fun filled day. After the meal, we will have a time of fellowship and special entertainment provided by Grace UMC Bell Choir. Check the district website www.phdumc.org / Calendar.

Make plans now to attend this celebratory day of appreciation as we take time to relax, visit, and share a festive day with our Potomac Highlands District family. Please make your reservation by Nov 22nd to help give us a count for the meal.

Please indicate the # of persons attending from your family. If you would like to contribute toward the “appreciation” gifts for DS Scott and wife, Beckie, and also for Barbara Scott, Administrative Assistant, you may include those amounts with your reservation.

Any mates who have not paid their annual dues in the amount of $7 may include them with their reservation. In addition, we are asking for donations to the Annual Conference Love Fund for Ministerial Spouses. You may include your WV Conference Love Fund donation with your reservation or bring it to the dinner.
