The Potomac Highlands District is one of Seven districts of the West Virginia Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church.
Our fine district is composed of NINE counties: EIGHT in the Potomac Highlands of West Virginia including Grant, Hampshire, Hardy, Mineral, Pendleton, Preston, Randolph, and Tucker; AND includes Garrett County, Maryland. (See District Map below)
